Amazing staff saves the day!
After a cancelled flight, I really needed a place to crash for the night. The staff were super helpful, even allowing me to chill in the lobby until everything was sorted out. The room was cozy enough, but the layout felt a bit tight. We had some nice snacks during the social, which was a bonus for sure!

Family with children, Should be better!
The staff were friendly, like I'd just walked into a family gathering. One morning, the breakfast lady had this amazing spread with pork alternatives, and I had a great chat with her about my favorite dishes.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

The staff were exceptional, allowing me to rest in the lobby after a long day filled with travel disruptions. However, the room quality was lacking. I encountered smoky odors, malfunctioning closet doors, and an ironing board with stains. The shuttle service in the morning was chaotic, as it provided limited space for many guests needing rides to the airport, resulting in unnecessary stress for some.
